     The mission of Honesdale EMS is to provide outstanding pre-hospital emergency medical care and patient transportation services to all in need in rural Wayne County Pennsylvania.

     Our purpose is to provide both basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) levels of care to those who require pre-hospital emergency care and medical transportation.

     Our goal is to continuously learn and grow to improve and enhance the quality of services provided; to deliver services in a professional manner while maintaining the dignity of the patient; to treat persons with illnesses or injuries with care and compassion, utilizing effective and proven principles and practices of patient care.
